As a certified Prepare & Enrich facilitator, I use the clinically validated Couple Checkup assessment to give you and your partner a clear, honest look at your relationship — free from the rose-colored glasses that can come with early love. This track uses a specific “Dating” version designed for couples who are discerning, not yet engaged but seriously considering it.

I became a certified facilitator for both Prepare & Enrich and SYMBIS because I believe that couples who build intentionally don’t just survive — they thrive.

How do we know which track is right for us?
That's exactly what your discovery call is for. We'll talk through where you are and I'll make a recommendation. If you're still deciding whether to get engaged, Prepare & Enrich is typically the right starting point. If you're already engaged, SYMBIS is usually the better fit. Either way — we'll figure it out together.
What if we're not engaged yet but we're serious?
You're in exactly the right place. Prepare & Enrich was specifically designed for couples who are committed and discerning — not yet engaged, but not casually dating either. You don't need a ring to start building well.
How many sessions will we need?
Most couples complete Two Become One in 4–8 sessions, depending on your track and the depth of conversation along the way. We'll set clear expectations during your discovery call.
Can we do sessions virtually?
Yes. All sessions are available virtually, so wherever you are, we can make this work.
Do we need to be Christian to work with you?
Love Journey XO is a faith-rooted practice grounded in biblical values. This coaching is designed with Christian couples in mind. What matters most is that you're serious about building a healthy, God-honoring marriage. If that resonates — you're welcome here.
